"EziACER" software is free for a trail period of 120 days from date of first installation after which the download facility will automatically disable. No further reports downloads will be possible until licenced. Software licensing is purchasable on an annual basis or as negotiated with licensor. The licensor will on occasions update the adverts displayed. licenced systems will not have the delayed start. Future releases may differ in appearance and performance from this to enable enhancements as seen appropriate by the licensor.

This software and all it's related systems is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is with the licencee. Should the software prove defective, you assume
the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. In no event will the author or any other party who may have distributed the software as permitted above, be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you or third parties or a failure of the software to operate with any other programs), even if such holder or other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any attempt detected to tamper or change the software or any other part of the system may result in permanent
lockout without any notice or justification given.
